Will Never Return

I had my windshield replaced at Clear Lake Auto Glass against my insurance`s advice as they are not an approved provider. I ended up having to go back twice right away for random fixes (toll tag sticker, adhesive/windshield mount problems, leaking air). I then went back a few weeks later to inquire about a chip repair, the owner mentioned I should not worry about it as it will not spread (it already had grown since... view more the 4 days the chip occurred). And then he said that even if he fills it I will still be able to see it. Horrible customer service, I will not be returning. I hate to give them even 1 star, if I had a choice it woudl be 0 stars.

Great shop, I`ll definitely be back

I recently broke one of the side windows on my car. I called around to get quotes, and Clear Lake Auto Glass was 50% lower than the next closest quote. I brought the car in about 3 hours after I originally spoke to Zach on the phone and had the car out of there pretty quickly. Zach was professional, courteous and honest. Steer away from the big chain shops and go somewhere where reputation actually matters!
