WRONG PARTS

I AM A SHOP OWNER.EAST END SOLD ME A VAN DOOR.SUPPOSE TO BE DOOR WITH A FACTORY GLASS.BUT IT HAD AN AFTERMARKET GLASS IN IT. I AM TRYING TO RETURN PART BUT EAST END WILL ONLY CREDIT ME 80% OF THE SALE PRICE.
