Rude People & Nasty Place!

Do you like second hand smoke blown in your face? Is so..this is the place to go. Do you like rude people? They will lie and tell you the part you ordered will be pulled and ready for pickup but when you get there it will still be attached to the vehicle out in the junk yard. When you share a complaint they will say, " It`s ok.. " They just really don`t care!

Very unorganized, spoke to the...

Very unorganized, spoke to them 3 times yesterday and they said they had a seat that matched what I needed and I had to pay someone to drive an hour to go pick it up and when he got there they said they didn`t have it and that the person I had spoken to wasn`t there. When I called back he was there and they kept changing the story. Complete waste of time and rude.

They SUCK!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THESE XXXXXXX LOSERS!!! I CALLED THREE TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD A PART BEFORE I MADE THE DRIVE. THEY ASSURED ME THEY HAD IT AND I JUST DROVE OVER TWO HOURS TO FIND OUT THEY DIDN`t HAVE IT!!!!

I would give these guys a -5 stars if I could. They ripped off my mechanic and so by doing that, they ripped me off. I tried to talk to them and they said ""we don`t care"" . Only go here if you don`t mind losing money....

How did these guys have any stars? Liars and they do not care. They even told me so. they told me that the compressor was guaranteed for 90 days. when it went out they denied it. I said how can you say that...they said look on your receipt. sure enough..no guarantee at the bottom i n small letters. junk service

WOW! POOR customer service, rude employees, order a part and was told it was complete. Grille came without side pieces that go under headlights. Called was told that was different piece . Not according to HONDA parts list! Cheap price because that have no concern for customer. I was told ""return part for 25% restock fee"".
