Good Customer Service

I recently got my flat tire changed at this firestone and was very happy with my service. The rep. (Eric) tipped me off to a cheaper but good tire I could use on my car. Overall, Eric was great, as was the rest of the staff as my tire was changed when they were about to close and they still did it for me. I am very happy with my visit and would go back again.

Firestone ruins cars

I took my van to get an oil change and picked it up the next day. 25 miles away from the store my rear main seal blew out. Firestone sent an adjuster out to investigate and found that the seal blew out due to normal wear. Not due to the technician overfilling the oil. Also the same technician forgot to change the air filter that Firestone charged me for. Now I am stuck with a broken van and all the repair bills. D... view moreO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FIRESTONE!!!!!! The only reason they got one star is one star is as low as you can give.
