APPALLED

I own a Kia and have it serviced at Brockman Kia of Greenville. Being a customer, I was appalled at how this odd situation was handled. I know someone who works in the service department, and they had taken my sons motorcycle to Kia of Greenville to work on it. When I went to pick the motorcycle up, I was told it had been stolen. I called later that same day to speak with the manager. I was forwarded to Mark Brockma... view moren. I explained the situation, and told him because it was stolen off their property I was going to hold them liable. His Response was a very nasty tone and told me if I called or came back up there on his property he would have me arrested for trespassing! Regardless of what it was or why it was there, instead of trying to help me resolve the situation he threatened me! What if it had been something in a vehicle they were servicing? I can assure you I WILL NEVER take my car back or recommend anyone to purchase or service anything at Kia of Greenville!! If you choose to take your cars there.....be sure not to leave anything important on the property!!!!
