Sounds like someone didn`t get what they want and now have to bash a company that helps people with bad credit. I have heard many good things about Credit Connection in Harrisburg. If people had better credit they could go to a Bob Ruth dealership and get approved the first time.I would refer people to any Credit Connection location.

Don`t even bother unless you w...

Don`t even bother unless you want crappy service and a filthy vehicle!!! I dropped $1200 down on a 2002 Saturn Vue...sale cost of the vehicle was $7500. Let me start off by saying Kelly Blue Book on this vehicle from a dealer "assuming the car is in excellent condition" is only $4775, and it was not in excellent condition. The inside was just dirty...they never bothered to even try to clean out the filth... view more in the cup-holders, and I found a whole Marlboro menthol cigarette under the seat and it looked as though there was a soda or juice thrown up at the sunroof shade. After having the car for about 36 hours I noticed the turn signals worked selectively, sometimes they would, sometimes they wouldn`t, and the front tires were not up to PA inspection standards. I called to address the issues and it took me calling them back after waiting 3 hours to get an appt. to take care of the issues. I had to cancel the appt. I was given due to some work schedule conflicts, and asked to re-schedule the appt. for the next week. So I take my car all the way to the carlisle lot just to be told I didn`t have an appt. scheduled and had to wait another 12 days before I could get the issues addressed because they were down a mechanic and had to go through all these other cars before they could get to mine. So apparently its more important to get more crappy cars out on the lot before they fix the issues with the cars they already sold, not to mention the guy at the carlisle lot couldn`t even peel himself away from his computer long enough to look me in the eye while I was talking to him for 30 seconds. All in all I will be contacting the BBB and whoever else I need to report them to about their (what basically is illegal) business practices. And will be contacting an attorney to re-coup some of my down payment money. So please just stay away and save your money. Take a short 20 minute drive from the Carlisle lot up Rt. 74 to Rt. 15 and stop in at Bob Ruth Ford....if they can get me financing with $500 down they can do it for anyone.
