Although the work they do is acceptable, you are only a number here and only considered important if you "know" someone. I`ve been loyal to this place for years but today when the receptionist was extremely rude and I called back to complain to the manager, he defended her saying they are "busy with so many other cars than you, and I`m sure it was a misunderstanding." I don`t care how busy you are... view more, it`s not an excuse for rudeness. I will not support a business that makes excuses for it.
