Dishonesty at its besr
Had 2 vehicles taken there. the first one had a bad timing belt. after 3 weeks, we were told the engine had bent valves. we were charged for diagnostics and storage. A few days later, another vehicle was taken and sat for a month without being worked on. Both vehicles were charged storage and diagnostics, but upon inspection by the people they were sold to (both trusted relatives) neither vehicle was ever even looked... view more at. Alvin Hess has been in business a long time, although how is beyond me!
