I`m very disappointed in the way this place do business. I had two separate claims repaired at this shop (one visit) First claim rear view camera reading top of license plate (I`ve never seen license plate before vehicle was rear ended) I had no ideal where camera was I though it was under spooler until it was damaged in in a rear end accident in August. Camera not seated right!!! I don`t care what they say. Se... view morecond claim and most important hazard light fixture knock ajar in accident. Lights were shorted out and funny clicking after when using turn signal. LIGHT FIXTURE was on original claim. I guess these people thought changing the bulb would correct the problem but the YELLOW BULB broke off and was all at bottom of fixture. When I picked SUV up 9/16 I stated that fixture was still fill with moisture. Called back 9/20 Was assured light fixture would be replaced 9/30 still no call back until I called insurance company with a complaint. They were paid over $5000 for damages and before the had check in hand the communication was together but after that I had no updates on fixing these issues unless I made the calls. The employee that was handling my jobs had no courage to come to me face to face to discuss the resolution. I felt VERY DISRESPECTED especially since at no time did I ever become belligerent. I only left a detailed message to about phone call dates and estimate review (which the light was on there) READ YOUR ESTIMATE AND REVIEW WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING PAID FOR. I don`t care what any one in that body shop or front office say that light fixture was on the ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. Sorry you body shop broke light and left pieces in fixture that was never REPLACED but your shop was PAID FOR. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this shop if you want to be made WHOLE

Terrible work and terrible service

Never, ever bring your vehicle to this collision center for repairs or service. The hood to my vehicle was repainted and less than 6 months later the paint is bubbling. While getting repaired, my vehicle was damaged further while on their property and they tried to release the vehice back to me saying the damage was there when I dropped it off. Windows were broken and had to be replaced. I am still noticing a lot... view more of air noise because the windows were not replaced properly. I have never been more inconvenienced. My vehicle now has more damage than before it went in.
