DON`T GO TO DUNN TIRES!!! My husband took his car there for inspection and they said that the car needed over $1300 worth of work done to pass inspection, so we paid up. After we paid the money they said they still wouldn`t pass it for inspection bc. it needed 4 new tires (they didn`t tell us this before we had the $1300 worth of work done). THEN when my husband drove it home, the alignment was SEVERELY messed up ... view more(as in, he had to turn the wheel almost 60 degrees to the right to have the car go straight--this wasn`t a problem before), they didn`t fix the door (which was broken before we brought it in), and the brakes sill slide when he stopped (also was a problem before)--all things they should have caught, fixed, or that shouldn`t have happened at all. WE ARE VERY ANGRY ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE THERE AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

DUNN TIRE IN ERIE WILL NEVER SEE A DOLLAR OF MINE AGAIN!!!! I bought a set of 40,000 mile tires for my wifes car from them about a year ago, I had the alignment done and rotated them twice. The dread was eaten off two of them after only 10,000 miles so i went to have them replaced under the warrenty and they stiffed me. I would strongly recomend going somewhere else.

I will never take my car back to Dunn Tire. My sister took my car there to have 2 snow tires put on. They asked where she wanted them and her reply was ?ˆ?you guys are the pros, put them where you normally would?ˆ?. They then proceeded to mount my snow tires on the back wheels of my front-wheel-drive car. When questioned abou it, they said they had a store policy not to put on just 2 tires. Why did they proceed?
