Finally a dealer I can trust

These guys really bent over backwards for me. They never pressured me and asked alot of questions to help me find what I needed not what I thought I wanted. Even showed me how to save money with the bank and called me after the fact to make sure everything was great and I didn`t have any questions. This place is awesome the only thing they are missing is a salad bar!!

Better than Great

I will never purchase a car ANYWHERE BUT FAULKNER. The salesman that I have dealt with for the past 10 years is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer my questions. Worst Nissan Dealership in Central PA (possibly in whole state)

Opinion:

Terrible customer service, (at service office and sales!!). There is no line and yet you will wait 30-40 minutes. 3 different people defer to each other to ""take care of you"" and no one has a clue. Rude. Mechanics will take longer to ""diagnose"" you problem than other places. Do not buy, do not buy, do not buy!!!!!!

GREAT Staff!

I recently bought a used car for my teenage son. The staff at this dealership was exceptional to work with. Tom Boyer acted as if it were his son, when ensuring the stability & longevity of the vehicle. The sales & settlement staff was wonderful also. Thanks for a GREAT experience!
