Expert Service, relaxed atmosphere

The Jag Shop, Inc. is one of the best places I`ve had the pleasure of taking my car to. Craig, the owner, is factory-trained and very knowledgable about Jaguars and Land Rovers. He is always patient and willing to answer any of my questions, in a way I can understand! My parents had a pre-purchase inspection done on several cars at The Jag Shop, and Craig was very honest, telling them what issues the cars had, how expensive they would be to repair, and how good he thought the car was. They would up buying a later XK8 and love it. It has over 70,000 miles with no problems.

I am nothing but satisfied with Craig and his team. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They can do everything from replacing lightbulbs to full service, and do it with a smile.

Pros: Excellent service, good technicians, easy-to-find location
Cons: Craig doesn`t always return phone messages promptly.

Wonderful Honest Service

Owning a Range Rover can be a very expensive vehicle... especially when something goes wrong and it needs to be fixed. The Jag shop took very very good care of me and was very honest in their opions and price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great repair shop!
