I was visiting town in November and bought some floor mats from Chet (manager) at Baxter`s in Longview for $43.82. 10 days later he charged my credit card an additional $100 without my consent. 5 days after that he charged me another $50 still without my consent. I wasn`t even aware of the extra charges until I noticed them on my bank statement a couple days ago. So I drove the 250 miles back to Longview and challeng... view moreed him on the fraudulent charges. He said that he made a mistake and undercharged me when I purchased the floor mats. But instead of fixing the mistake himself I now have to pay for it. I would have chosen different mats if he priced them correctly. Or if he had been an honest person and contacted me (he had my cell phone number but never called) when he discovered the mistake I would have mailed them back for a refund or exchange. I would never pay over $100 for any floor mats. So much for thinking I was getting a good deal. Baxter Auto Parts, enjoy paying my bank back next week when they contact you. I guarantee I will never step foot in your store again and I highly recommend others to do the same.
