He thinks he`s better than the average used car dealer. I spent half an hour looking at cars here, long enough that you`d think he`d believe I was a serious buyer, but was brushed off when I asked about arranging to take a car I ... view morewas interested in to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection---Mr. "Blizzard" said "I don`t let cars leave my lot `til I sell them." What kind of nonsense is that? Who buys an expensive used car without a PPI?
