I have reopened the store at this location as Impact Automotive Inc. ( formally known as A & S Automotive). ? SCAM???

I bought a Groupon for A&S almost 4 months ago. I figured they would be busy for a while so I waited over 3 months to use it. When I called they said they weren`t open on Saturdays (which the Groupon site and their site clearly said they were and one of the reasons i bought it). Ok, I figured...I`d take a little time off work. Well, they couldn`t schedule me in for 2 wks. Whatever...maybe they were still busy fro... view morem the Groupon. So I show up this morning for my service and there is a sign on the door that they are closed (until 1st week in Dec.). I didn`t receive ANY phone call or notification beforehand that they were cancelling or rescheduling my appt. I called both #s to NO avail. No answer...we`ll see if they return my call. Right now they get a rating of SHADY and TERRIBLE...i`ll update if they give me a reason too.

Thank god, I have found someone I can trust.

They have reasonable rates. They know what they are doing. I trust them. Nice location. They do a great job. They are honest. They charged exactly how much they told me they were going to charge. They even told me what the parts cost and how long they would take to install.

It is amazing how much more I secure I feel knowing that if anything goes wrong I have a mechanic who will take care of me and not take a... view moredvantage of me.
