Horrible service; this busines...

Horrible service; this business almost burned down my classic truck by running the starter cables over the manifold. Then, the manager told me it wasn`t his fault. When I had it towed back into the shop, he then told me it was his shops fault, he put in a new battery and wires. Then he told me he wasn`t going to pay for the tow because it wasn`t his tow company. If I could give them ZERO stars if I could.

They did not back-up their work

I took my vehicle in for a timing belt change - the whole package (about $1,000 worth of work). Shortly after I moved to another location. There I discovered an oil leak. When I took my car into a autorized dealer it was discovered they cam had been damaged when the work was done at Peterson`s. I notified Peterson Automotive of the problem and they assured me they would take care of it (it was documented); howeve... view morer, after eight months of waiting and several phone calls, faxes, etc., they still have done nothing but make excuses.

Great Experience

Peterson Auto is one of the best independent shops that I`ve been to. The service is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. The atmosphere there is also totally relaxed. They`re straight with the customer and don`t try to manipulate you. Overall it`s a great shop with great prices. I recommend this shop to everyone that has any needs on any vehicle.
