Excellent service @ any location

I`ve used Robertson`s for at least 5 years now. I would highly recommend them for almost all types of automotive service, not just tires. I`ve used them for many services from the routine tire changes to more complex engine diagnostics and repair. On all these occasions, the service has been top-notch. For this, I give them a 5-star rating. I gave them a overall 4-star rating because, unfortunately, my wife`s expe... view morerience with them was not as exemplary. A persistent problem with anything related to cars is that many businesses and their employees treat women like children. My wife had the same experience a couple of years ago when needing a new car battery. I cannot speak to the specifics because I wasn`t there. If I had been, no doubt the experience would have been completely different because it almost never happens to men. Yes, it`s sexist. Yes, it stinks. And yes, it still occurs in this society. Her experience notwithstanding, I give them 4 stars and still use them although I won`t send my wife anymore because a successful, professional woman should not have to tolerate this behavior from anyone.
