Upon walking in there were three employees seated at desks. One didn`t look up and the other two looked at each other. No good morning nor any intro. I told them I was interested in a vehicle that I saw on Craigslist. One guy pointed in the direction of the car. A few minutes after I went to look at the car, he came over and said that I could start it up. What`s the point of starting up a car inside?

Ripped off Big Time!!!!!

Ripped off big time! We bought a 2002 Toyota sienna and the next day when we started it up smoke poured out of the exhaust and the oil had gone down a quart. Mechanic wanted to see if it was just the head gasket and not the whole engine. So he put heavier oil and said to keep checking the oil level. 2 weeks 300 miles later We had gone through five quarts of oil and the engine needed replaced. We went to KG motors and... view more kindly ask if we could get the car we traded back or if we could get a van of equal or greater value and pay the difference because we have five kids and need transportation. They would not help us out at all. Do not buy a car here unless you have a mechanic look at it first. We were not offered any type of warranty at purchase so we are SOL and my fianc?© who is an Iraq/ afghan war vet is going to have to get another job to pay for this motor.
