I`ve gone to Bonds Automotive for years. I was referred to them by a family friend who has also been going to them for years. I was compelled to write a review when I saw some of the other reviews. Judy and Jerry (the owners) are both a couple of the most honest, warm people I know which is hard to find in business. Judy at Bonds Automotive has the WORST customer service ever!! She is rude, demeaning and plain awful to deal with. The mechanics seem fine and it is too bad that this one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone just because of the customer service of the office.

I recently had my car worked on at Bonds! The staff was absolutely amazing! Bonds was 100% honest with me in telling me what needed to fixed on my car rather than snowballing me with a long list of repairs my car needed! I would recommend this shop to anyone!
