I have lived in Klamath Falls all of my life and have purchased plenty of cars in that time. I have never had a pleasant experience with Cascade Auto, fortunately I?ˆ™ve never made the mistake of buying from them. I have a good friend who purchased a car from them in July, then her husband died young so she took the car back hoping to trade it in on a less expensive model. She was told by the salesman they would be ... view morehappy to work with her, and would absolutely get her into another car as a goodwill type of transaction. They next day she got a call from the salesman letting her know there was just no way they could work with her because she owed so much more than the car was worth. Imagine that! The car was purchased from Cascade Auto 7 months earlier, it was 5 years old at the time. My advice ?ˆ“ DO NOT BUY FROM CASCADE AUTO!!!
