I have taken my car into Stephenson`s Automotive 2 times now and both times I was dealt with awesome customer service and a great experience. The first time I took my car in, I felt it needed to be looked over and see if there was anything that needed to be dealt with and they were soooo honest they told me there was nothing wrong with it and they didnt charge me a dime! That first experience was enough alone to make... view more me take my car back a second time to get the brakes fixed. They fix fast and my car`s brakes work great! 3rd time I am going back to get a tune-up. If this keeps up they will be the only shop I ever take my car to. HONEST HONEST!!! A Good Honest Mechanic

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, look no further!! The staff has always been very friendly and although I know little to nothing about cars, they are able to explain things in a way that I can understand. We have been customers for many years and would strongly recomend Stephenson Automotive to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic :OD

Honest and Fair

Jason and the team at stephenson automotive have always treated me fairly. They are not the cheapest around, but they always do high quality workand they stand behind the work they do. I take all my cars there for all major work, and I continue to take my cars to stephenson even after I moved into Portland and that is saying alot.
