Horrific customer service in their parts dept.

I was in today to buy some parts,a dn walked into a very un-friendly man who I hear someone say is their parts MANAGER. that is a joke. He proceeded to be rude to the office gal and threw a part across the store. really behavior like that is what makes a business fail becaue nobody wants to go back.
