NO MASTERTECH HERE!!!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Mastertech does very poor service. I had to take my vehicle back several times to get my shocks fixed because of poor quality installation. Every time came with additional charges. Michael Gigliotti likes to bait and switch quoting one price and then charging another higher price. On my last visit he changed my oil and forgot to put the drain plug back in and then told me I could drive away. ... view moreWhen I brought the matter to his attention he said come back in an hour. I have since found several other very reputable service garages in the Strongsville area. He likes to charge dealer rates and give less than backyard mechanic (hack) service.
