Free brake inspections

I called to make an appointment for a free brake inspection. I guess when something is free they decide you have all the time in the world. The owners wife said that it would tke a couple of hours. I had to drop it off at 8am. I did just that. As 12:30 rolls around I call up and they said they havent even touched my car. Then they say that its because I never gave them a time of when i needed it back. I told t... view morehem not to touch it and I`d be there to pick it up and take it somewhere else. When i picked my car up the wife told me that she told me the wrong information on the phone and that it would take all day. I guess they figure that when something is free they can treat you like you are nothing. I refuse to go back to there for any service.

No express here!

Called to set up a routine oil change -- wanted to wait for it at station. Owner`s wife said the schedule was booked for at least 2 weeks. She added that if she did make an appt., I would have to leave it from 8am - 6pm! She stated: "We`re a full service station, we just don`t do oil changes." Gee, maybe they should change the name and take out the express!
