The place is great. Was on vacation and had a very low rear tire on my van. This was the day after Memorial Day so they were very busy. I had no appointment...just drove in. They checked my tire, showed me the piece of metal that pierced it and fixed the tire ... all within 30-40 minutes. And for a price that was waaaay reasonable. They could have easily ripped me off but they treated me like I was a longtime v... view morealued customer. Great to know that not everybody is just out to make a quick buck off a Missouri tourist. Hope you don`t have trouble on the OUteer Banks, but if you do try these guys first!

My company has 6 trucks & 2 cars that Pughs has maintained for the past eight years. Ray and his staff have always gone above what I expected out of a repair shop. Their prices are fair and the service is second to none. We tried a few other shops when we first started up, but once we went to Pugh`s, we never left.
