I took my car to triad transmission to have the transmission rebiult , they came and picked up my car and told me that they would have it for 3 days in order for them to complete the job ,they did what they told me they would do ,and cheaper than most other shops around the area , i am glad i let triad transmission work on my car because now i have a place to take my car and get the best service that i could find ... view morealso my car never ran so good before i took it to them mater of fact it runs even better now. Today, June 26, 2012 I took my Buick Rendevous back for a warranty service call for the 4th time. After Triad rebuilt the entire transmission the EXACT same slipping symptoms occur today. My car has spent over 7 (unnattended) weeks at this shop. The owner, James asked me to bring it back again today to try and resolve it again. When I arrived there, I asked him to look at the greasy hand and boot damage to my carpets... view more and both visors. When I did this he handed my key back to me and said "I am done with your car. We are not going to do anymore work" I was floored! I told him he had an obligation under his 18 month warranty to fix my transmission. He just replied "Not anymore".I am out 0ver $1400 for the initial repair, 4-90 mile round trip warranty drives and 4 days off work. I also rented 3 cars while my Buick was in his shop. Additionally, James refused ANY responsibility for my consequential costs due to their inability to repair my transmission (which he intially described as as typical soft parts rebuild). I am forced to hire another transmission shop to rebuild it properly and absorb the costs to pursue a judgement against them to recover my losses. CONSUMERS: PLEASE BE AWARE OF HIS CUT RATE TACTICS TO LURE YOU IN!

this was one of the best shop i ever been to they did a great job on my car and van. They saved me over $700.00 on my cars. I would bring any of my other cars there too. I have never had such great exp. at a automotive shop before but they took good care of me and my family

This shop has been a nightmare for me... My car has been in this shop for 4mo and every time I call they give me a different excuse about the pick up date..

It was garbage! I had my transmission done at Triad Transmissions and they are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They do not communicate with you at all and then you have to keep calling them. My transmission has gone out 3 times in a year and now there is something wrong with the torque converter. I called them and I was told that someone would call me back. My husband`s truck has been at Triad Transmission & Auto for approximately 15 months. Do not think you are getting a deal at discount prices. They originally replaced the transmission in his truck for a very good price and gave him a warranty. However, the transmission failed and it was back in their shop. It has been there for 15 months, and each week when we call there is another excuse. took My truck to Triad Transmissions about two months ago.to date I still don`t have it back. They promissed it in two days.I drove 2 hours 1 way to pick it up on the day it was to be ready. I paid in cash for the service and took my truck. I made it about 1 mile down the road before having trouble and had to return it under warranty. They promissed the truck the next day and said they would deliver it back at no ch... view morearge. The truck was not ready. Every week they gave me a different due date.
