Sent my niece and her young baby off the lot in a car that has many many mechanical issues. Lights on dash came on 5 miles down the road and they refuse to do anything. Also sent her off lot without a 30 day tag!!!

Horrible

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Last year at tax time I was very pregnant with my son and looking to buy a mini van. Luckily I test drove it and we felt the transmission slip, I pointed it out, and he suggested he put some fluid in it and take it for another spin. I knew better and told him no thank you. I`ve told several people who mentioned going here they are crooks. Please don`t go here, they will r... view moreip you off. Terrible people.

Said the car they sold my daughter was in good condition. Less than 24 hours later, found out hybrid battery was bad, catalytic converter was bad and air bags will not deploy due to a sensor malfunction. Buyer beware!

We purchased a 99 Ford Contour...

We purchased a 99 Ford Contour a few weeks ago. under 100k miles on it. My nephew has only driven it twice. It has been in the shop since we got it. It won`t accelerate. Turns out the transmission needs replaced, also bad suspension, and needs alignment which isn`t a big deal. The transmission is going to be a really expensive fix. Every car we looked at had to be jump started, they made clacking noises and smoked. I... view moret was horrible. Some cars even had flat tires. Not enough staff so a lot of the time we waited for help, and the guy seemed irritated to have to stop what he was doing to help us. Looks a lot nicer online. Will not go back.

Watch out for them They sold me a car that had been in a flood without disclosing it. They have not made it good and will not even talk to me. Legal recourse is my only option at this time.
