The owner of this establishment exhibits behavior that is more thug-like than business-like. They were employed to fix several things on my car and did not fix any of them correctly. The job was so bad it was almost comical. When confronted about this, a bullying mentality was employed by the owner and the lack of professionalism became apparent.
