I have been going to Hond-A-Medic for my honda and other cars for over 15 years after a friend recommended them. Always feel like I got a good deal; even had occassions where what seemed like a big problem was an easy fix and only a small - and sometimes NO CHARGE! They care about customer loyalty and repeat business. Now if we can only get Tony running again!

Very Honest!

I have taken my car there for a little over a year now because it was recommended by a friend. Have had good experiences there and they had been good about letting me know things that were starting to go downhill but without the high pressure of it needing to be something that I needed to do right then. What put me over the edge for writing this review was that I just got off the phone with them related to service th... view moreey were doing today. I had a gas pedal that was feeling stiff.....I asked what was wrong with it and she told me the floor mat was in the way. D`oh! A little embarrassing, but I am sure glad that they were honest instead of trying to do an unneeded repair like some places would have done!!!

I love this place

Hond - A - Medic in Valley Cottage was recommended to us by my husband`s co-worker. We had just bought a used Honda from a friend and were told by a National Chain mechanic shop that we needed to pour over 1000 dollars into our car and that it was ""unsafe"" to drive. We brought it to Hond - A - Medic and after checking the entire car over and charging us $25 dollars, we learned that we were totally safe and that not... view morehing was wrong with our car. They didn`t try to sell us anything on top of what we were there for , which I also appreciated. I think you will find that they are very honest and a great mechanic for your car too.
