Scheduled warranty maintenance then sent me away

I took my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ in for warrantied repair on the dash display.

After waiting over an hour, the service rep came in and told me that they wouldn`t work on my vehicle because it was a Chevy. I told them the Make, Model, year, etc when I made the appointment.

They blatantly jerked me around and wasted my time. I certainly will not buy anything from these people if this is t... view morehe service they give!
