I was in need of a new car and since I`ve owned Intiniti vehicles in the past and since they are the only dealership in Syracuse, I decided to stop in. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Jim Flannigan, who was very nice and pleasant. He helped me select the right vehicle, took me on a test drive, went over all the ffeatures of the vehicle and with no hassle, told me to take my time in deciding. He followed up wit... view moreh me a few days later to see what my thoughts were and upon deciding to purchase the vehicle, he started the paerwork. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. He was very professional, as well as the entire staff. The price was reasonable, the showroom was very clean and they made my car buying experience one that will last in my memory. The only negative thing are their hours. The service department is closed on weekends and the dealership closes early also during the week. Besides that, I have no complaints. If you`re looking for a car and your thinking about an Infiniti, you can`t go wrong here.
