Worst experience EVER! To start ,they lied about things my car needed, and they were rude from the moment I pulled in. Also, don`t make plans for the day if you want service done, I was told an amount of time, it took twice that. I called to check on it after the supposed time had passed and was told "well we were working on someone else`s car, then we went to lunch, now were just getting back and we will get ... view moreto it", really, not too impressed? Then there is the pricing, they are WAY overpriced. a 10.00 part and two minute labor job is $60. Everything there is slow, I ended up walking back to get my car instead of waiting an extra hour for the shuttle, and worst of all, they seem like it is okay and all my fault. I had places to be, I didn`t plan on needing another 3 hrs and being treated like scum. I will never go back.
