What a horrible experience, I brought my car in due to an accident the front plastics were torn off of my car, it first took them 31 days to fix this the insurance company says this should have been fixed in one week, they told me on several occassion it will be ready tomrow. but nothing, when bringing my car in I had no cracks in my windshied however on the 30th day mysteriously I had a hair line crack which they fi... view morexed w the wrong windshield w/out my approval all my windows are tinted now except my front windshield which I believe they broke but I can not prove, they also put a different color pin strip on my car fender then realizing it was different from the rest of the car they pin stripped over my pin strip and never top coated it, now 2 months later it is peeling off and their response to me is that they will fix it but I need to take time off from work to make their hours, the hours advertised are not their hours and originaly they made arrangements for my work schedule now I must miss work to fix their mistakes, oh and my windshield is a lost cause I just have to deal with no tint on my front windshield this is my first brand new car and WATERS AUTO Body has totally ruined the experience and now I have a junky looking car due to their failures.
