East Coast Extortion, Refused Sale, Refused Refund The lied to get me into their dealership from an internet quote telling me they`d give me a better deal if i came in. then they refused to budge on a HORRIBLE quote. refused to honor their referral program with outrageous excuses. Then they tried to force options on me at extra cost telling me it`s neccesary when the contract CLEARLY said OPTIONAL.
