Horrible

This place is horrible the mechanics don`t know jack I have had my vehichle for a little over a year and it has been back to them several times with in the first 6 months same problems now not even a half year later same problems are happening to parts that were apparently replaced are going when they shouldnt be I wouldn`t recommend my worst enemy going there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have dealt with this company...

I have dealt with this company for 2 years and have had no problems. If the car needed routine repairs, they were willing to work around my schedule and alll the employees were wonderful to me and helped me out in bad times when I did not have the payment on time.

i wouldnt recomend anybody to buy a car from this place

i traded my car in at court house auto i told them that the car i was trading in needed transmission work and they told me that they would give me 600.00 dollars for a trade. i went ahead and traded it in for a 1998 plymouth neon. 1 day after i bought the car it started to have a problem over heating so i called them and they said that it was covered by warrenty so i brought it in to be repaired when i got there a gu... view morey named juan tells me that its not covered by warrenty. i asked him since it was there how much would it cost to tell me what was wrong with the car and he told me that it wouldnt cost anything so i asked him to take a look at the car and tell me how much it would cost to fix it.they called me a few hours later and gave me the price and i told them that i would bring it somewhere else to get it fixed and then he tells me that t would cost 165 dollers to get the car back or 100.00 if they fixed the problem so i told them to fix the car. i got 10 miles away from the dealership and the car was still having the same problem so i called them and let them know and they told me to bring it back in and i told them that i couldnt affoerd to have them fix it at that time and they told me it was my problem so i was up front with them and told them that i wasnt going to pay anything on the car until they fix the problem. 2 weeks later i got a call from a guy named jim from court house auto saying that i was late on a payment and i told him to come pick up the car. when they came to get the car 4 weeks later they harassed some one that was visiting my parents so i called court house auto to tell them how unproffesional their employies were and the guy i talked to threatened me by saying that he was going to beat me and was swearing at me over the phone. court house auto is very unprofessional and unreliable so i wouldnt recomend anybody to go there.
