Keeping appointments is sketchy at best at this location (plan on at least an hour - maybe longer), but when they not do not honor their own coupons and rotate tires (advertising notwithstanding, apparently tire rotation is at the discretion of the store), even when specifically requested, why should anyone trust them with any aspect of their business.
