had an issue with my mothers bmw would not stop shaking dealerships could not find the problem. john did some diagnostic work, and found out that the problem was a intake gasket and never had the problem again.

MY CAR GAVE ME TROUBLE STARTING ON WHAT FELT LIKE THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR SO I DROPPED MY CAR OFF AND ASKED JOHN TO CHECK IT OUT. I CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON AND HE SAID THAT I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY STARTER AND ALTERNATOR HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT I COULD USE A FULL TUNE UP HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OF ABOUT $500 TO $550 I TOLD HIM TO DO IT WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR HE HIT ME WITH A BILL FOR $1389.79 WHEN I MENTIONED THE $500... view more TO $550 HE SAID THAT I MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD HIM THAT $500 WAS FOR PARTS AND THE REST WAS LABOR.MY CAR NEVER RAN THE SAME AND I ENDED UP DONATING IT TO CHARITY CAUSE IT RAN LIKE A PIECE OF JUNK AFTER HE WORKED ON IT.I CAUTION EVERYONE OUT THERE TO BEWARE OF THIS CROOK
