Took this limo service to airp...

Took this limo service to airport. The driver arrived on time and was very nice. Driver helped me with my luggage. I will recommend to friends and family.

I`M SHOCKED THIS IS GETTING FO...

I`M SHOCKED THIS IS GETTING FOUR STAR REVIEWS. The dispatcher told me 10 minutes for car to arrive and that I should be able to get into the city DURING RUSH HOUR within 45 minutes. Had I taken all my bags and just hiked to the Path station I would`ve been ok, but I told the guy I`m totally relying on you and implored him that if he was significantly late I would miss my bus home for xmas. After frantically callin... view moreg back for updates after 15 then 20 then 25 minutes had gone by (and just getting voicemail) the driver called 40 MINUTES LATER as I was sitting in a yellow cab trying desperately to hold off the bus from departing. I found out the car had been sent to hoboken from jersey city -- again DURING RUSH HOUR which is never ten minutes and always more like 20-30 which I guess he realized was a deal breaker for me so he told me ten -- lesson learned-- I missed my bus home for XMAS and lost the cost of my ticket. I don`t normally write reviews but I`m historically pissed off. These other reviews must have been left by the owner or their significant other and family members. NEVER TRUST CAR SERVICE IN NEW JERSEY....triple the time they tell you it will take, if that`s too long to wait then simply walk to the PATH train with your luggage. They tell you 10 minutes because they are transaction-oriented and just want to get you to the city regardless of timing or consequence. THE DRIVER WAS VERY NICE and I had to apologize to him for being upset, but even he had to agree the dispatcher was an idiot.

I`ve used this taxi company a couple more than once. This company is extremely professional and on time, every time. The driver`s are always helpful in assisting me by opening the door for me when I have my kids and even helping me with my bags before and after my rides to the airport. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
