Bad Experience

was sent here by my insurance company to get a repair estimate. arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time, and there was no one there. this business appears to be little more then a sign in a parking garage. called the number on the sign and was sent to another location, underneath the Williamsburg bridge. could not get so much as an apology from the owner(?), Richard, who told me it was my fault for not ... view morecalling to say I would be late. am skeptical as to whether anyone was ever at the designated location. will never go back.
