Great work on repairing a dent, BUT...

I had a dent in the hatch door, and this place did a pretty great job repairing the dent and painting the hatch. BUT!!! They spray painted without protecting or covering the interior of the car. The car was completely covered with white dust from spray-paint: everything! And I have the misfortune of having black interior with black cloth seats. By the time I noticed the damage, Eastchester Body was closed for the ... view moreday. I had to pick up my mother-in-law the next day, so I had to get the car clean. It being the end of business day, there were no places in my vicinity that could clean the interior of the car, so I spent most of the night (till 3 am) desperately vacuuming and vacuuming with my house vacuum cleaner, and then washing, washing, washing... But the interior is not black anymore, although most of the volatile dust is gone. The next day (Friday) I called Tom and told him what happened (including the fact that I cleaned the car myself). His only response was a suggestion that I bring the car over on MONDAY(!!!! Not ""today"", ""now"", ""please let me fix this for you"" ""I`ll knock off some of the price"") - so that his guys could clean it. To tell you the truth, the dent in the hatch door bothered me much more (I don`t really see it when I drive) than the dirty filthy interior I now have thanks to Eastchester Auto Body. I don`t recommend them at all.
