DON`T GO! VERY BAD PLACE! Last month, i got into an accident with my brand new 1 yr old car. Had to replace a door and a side view mirror. It took them 2 wks and when i went there to pick up the car, i found that the door LOCK doesn`t work properly. It took them one more day to replace that. After driving the car on a highway, i found that the window doesn`t CLOSE all the way. What else can i say??? DO NOT GO... view more THERE. I HATE LOTTE

Bought a new car and got into a accident 3 months later.so brought it this shop., Every time i step on the acceleration, i hear ticking sounds which gets louder the faster i go. and this is a new car. i brought it back and they said they would fix it, they would schedule me an appointment..never called and when i went back, the receptionist changed and now they wont fix my car, so i am suing them right now..never go ... view moreto this place.
