WOW. the only way to describe mark2. we had been to three different shops with three different estimates on what they thought the problem was, not one of the three estimates matched each other. my brother in law had been to mark 2 in the past he recommended for us to try them. After appointment set up we arrived at 9:30 within an hour Ron was back with the news that the rod had come off of the cold hot door after h... view moreooking the rod back up the ac was working as it should. We were very happy! Ron then came up with the bill he only charged a half hour labor (44.50) for total repair, all three other shops missed this problem several hundred dollars would have been wasted. we are customers for life. thanks mark2. job well done.

Family for 10 years, and we referral as many people possible. The other 2 reviews are right. Mark II tuneup are car doctor, and when you get a good doctor you stick with them.Because It is hard to find!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - BEWARE

The owner of this shop is COMPLETELY unfriendly!. He is loud, obnoxious and he is DIS-HONEST. He charges you about 30% above the cost of a part to make extra money. He and his receptionist are IN-CAHOOTS with this scheme. The will not work with you and have hung up on me as a customer. The sad truth is that they are struggling for business and on top of that they treat customers horribly. DO NOT USE THEM!

My family have been going here for years and their commitment to their customers is outstanding. They are patient, caring, and they listen to what you have to say.
