I have tried to contact their corporate offices about a non service issue and I have left messages, e-mails and texts and do they didn`t have the courtesy to at least acknowledge the communication was received or even read. If this is the way the corporate people communicate with general inquiries, I do believe that they probably do not care much about public inquiries about the store services. I will never go here ever agai...

I will never go here ever again and I advise everyone not to go here !!! spent $800.00 getting stuff done there brakes EXC and they were sapost to do an oil change... I drove my car for about 2 weeks then started smelling burning oil took it to P D Q and they said they;KAN ROCKnever changed the oil! I even asked the guy at kan rock and he told me yes they did ! my car started acting up and i took it back! KAN ROCK... view more said O it has nothing to do with there being no oil in it .. SO!! I took it somewhere else and now they said its my engine from NO OIL its going to cost me alot more now they have no Idea what they are doing over there ... Im very upset that the guy would lie about the oil and then try to cover his but by saying it had nothing to do with my car acting up! DONT GO THERE TO GET OIL CHANGED THEY LIE!!!!
