Just awful

I took my car there to get the rear tire replaced as it had a nail in it. I received my car with the WRONG tire changed. They changed a perfectly good tire and left the one with the nail on my car. I noticed right away and took it back, only to have what the manager scream at me. It almost ended in a fist fight as he shoved me out of the store. I had to go through Belle Tire headquarters to resolve the issue and... view more get my correct tire replaced. They never fired or even disaplined the manager. I will NEVER EVER go to Belle Tire again.
