This car repair place that was recommended by Hendrick Honda for a transmission replacement was a nightmare! They not only kept our family van for several weeks claiming there were complications to the job, but on top of it all, they did a bad job and we had to bring our car back several times for them to recheck it. And, several years later, our car transmission is still not up-to-par, noticeably jerking when the ... view moregears shift for both highway and city driving. I have told everyone I know to avoid this place altogether and I would highly suggest you do the same! Is there such a thing as a zero star rating? If so, this will definitely wins the prize!
