Merchants was recommended to me by a relative, but not saying its every location but I am speaking of this one (Parkville). Anyone who owns a Dodge Magnum know these cars do not have dip sticks to check your transmission fluid. The mechanic said that the levels were fine and the color was orange like I should be. Thank God my ex husband worked on cars. He asked the mechanic how did he check the fluid with no dip stic... view morek? You need a special kind of dip stick to check the fluid. When the mechanic realized he was caught. I came clean and said that they didn`t have the dip stick needed to check my transmission fluid WOW. WHY LIE? Consumer Beware., If they lie about something like that, what else would they lie about. Oh he also told me I need brake pads, rotors, 2 lug nuts, brake fluid, oil. etc. Total bill $600 +. Just got a oil change prior,,,,,,,,,DAAAAM Won`t male that off of me.
