The service is disappointing a...

The service is disappointing at best. Since I paid for "free lifetime" tire rotation and alignment each appointment has been sub standard. Even with a scheduled appointment it has taken longer than 20 minutes of face time to check my vechicle in. It has not once been ready when promised. I dropped my truck off at 4:30 yeasterday with a pick up time of 10am today. At 9:45 I get a call saying it will b... view moree another hour. Each time this has happened my concern is met with a shoulder shrugg and "I`m sorry". To me it appears that they discourage repeat business once you have paid for "free lifetime" service. I will be continuing with my "free" work but any future paid services will be at a more professional and reliable business.
