Great Shop! Excellent work and very friendly!

Ladd Road was great to work with. They were very professional and the work was done exactly as explained and on time. Since my vehicle was still drivable they ordered the parts ahead of time a did the prep work before I brought my vehicle in. In fact they began repairing my vehicle before the Rental Agency came to pick me up from their shop!
I highly recommend them!
