Expensive, but good work.

First, this is a corporate place so it`s extremely expensive. which isn`t this locations fault. however, this locations manager is more interested in getting paper work filled out rather than listening to your problem, or offering decent advice. maybe he just has a dry sense of humor. in my honest opinion I think that Eric (ASE tech in back) should be the manager. he`s far more friendly and will actually listen to yo... view moreur problem, and EXPLAIN his diagnosis. but reguardless, your car will be fixed, and it will be fixed correctly. they do back up their work. but expect to pay for it.

Recent experience with Firestone

I took my car recently for an oil change and tire rotation. While their service was slightly overpriced, since i wanted to get this done, I still went with it. And I guess that was a mistake. The work was shoddy, my fluids were not checked and to top it off, it took more than 4 hours, though it was promised to be done within 1.5 hours.
