The family has been taking cars to CC&R for over 10 years. They have taken care of everything from light fender benders to a total wreck. Their work has always been exceptional. Their prices are more than fair and I feel like they take time to listen and care. Quality, price and personal concern are my favorite combination.

I do not typically take the time to write reviews but I was very impressed with my experience at Colonial Collision. I was referred to this business by a colleague that has taken all of their cars there for years but I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews. I can assure you that Don & Steve will do a great job explaining what repairs need to be made and what the turn around time will be. The outco... view moreme exceeded my expectations. The bump out, paint job and all the extras were done to perfection AND on time. The only regret is that I did not take a before and after picture!

It`s a shame this auto shop is...

It`s a shame this auto shop is still in business. They provide poor quality work, slow service, and belittle their customers. Colonial Collision does not understand the term "customer service". Take your car here only if you want to bring it back repeatedly. Agreed upon repairs will be completely improperly or not repaired at all. If I could, I would give this business 0 stars!
